Banquet Room Rental Agreement

This document is to provide information and policies for renting the downstairs “banquet room” at Eddie’s Sports Bar – 6300 Old Seward HWY.  The rental fee is $200.00 per event.  The person(s), group, company, corporation agrees to be responsible for any damage(s) that occur via negligence from anyone involved with the event.
